This first resource is the LabourStart awarded site, UE. They are a USA based union so keep that in mind but the information is relevant nonetheless. They have great reads for everyone in the general membership (see their article on Fatigue and Shift Work to learn how your "circadian rhythm" is affected by ) as well as officers (Shop Stewards may want to review articles like Avoiding the Pitfalls). Next is the New Unionism Network. This article Defining Unions gives the basics on Unions and their memberships. Again, there are multiple resources here.
